About The Old Forge Collection

Old Forge, Pennsylvania (the Pizza Capital of the World, according to its own signs) serves pizza in a rectangular pan. The whole pie is a tray, each square piece is a cut, and locals order by the tray or by the cut. It is a signature style of Northeastern Pennsylvania (NEPA), from Old Forge to Scranton and Wilkes-Barre.
